 Our Pizza Crust Mix makes a hearty, delicious and nutritious pizza. Specially designed for those who can't tolerate wheat or just want a healthier crust option. Simply add oil and water and roll out to the thickness and size you desire.  Makes two, 12" gluten free pizza crusts (depending on the thickness)!

Contains Millet Flour, Tapioca Flour, Flaxseed, Cane Sugar, Sorgum Flour, Chia Seed, Whole Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Pink Salt, Yeast "USDA Certified Organic Ingredients".

Mixed and packaged in dedicated gluten free facility where no peanuts are processed.
